A dynamic and innovative manufacturer within electrical equipment seeking a Materials Requirements Planning Controller for their UK head office in Basingstoke. This is a newly created role where you will play a pivotal role within the supply chain function of the business.

Salary: £32,000 to £40,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Benefits: A WHOPPING 25 days Annual Leave allowance per year plus ALL bank/public holidays off, Company pension after 3 months, Private medical insurance which includes dental treatment after 6 months

Your main responsibilities are will be;

  • Master Production Schedule (MPS) Management
  • Material Requirements Planning
  • Demand planning and forecasting
  • Inventory Management
  • Supply Chain Collaboration
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • System Maintenance

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Strong understanding of MRP principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency in MRP software (e.g. ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain management preferred.
