Site Agent - Rail / Civils - Basingstoke - to £65,000
My client urgently requires Site Agents, ideally with rail/civils experience to deliver Earthworks projects across the Wessex route as part of the Southern Renewals Enterprise (CP7), it's a 10 years project across Network Rail's Southern Route and it's a role where you will manage the delivery of projects within the Earthworks portfolio which will include embankment reconstructions and slope stabilisations.
As a Site Agent, you will have experience working on civils/structures projects ideally in a Rail environment with proven technical and project management abilities, knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations with the ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work and possess detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment. You will have experience in construction, ideally have (some or all of the following) - 5 years' experience in delivery of Projects on Network Rail Infrastructure, PTS, CITB SMTS or equivalent, CSCS and Temporary Works Co-ordinator
