We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical/Electronics Lecturer for a short-term temporary contract at our client's FE college in Basingstoke. This role is essential to start on or before Monday, 27th January 2025, with a minimum duration of 3 weeks, potentially extending longer.
Role Details:
- Position: Electrical/Electronics Lecturer
- Contract Type: Temporary (Minimum 3 weeks, may extend)
- Start Date: On or before Monday, 27th January 2025
- Location: FE College, Basingstoke
- Hourly Rate: £35-45 p/h
Responsibilities:
- Teaching Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical and Electronics courses.
- Covering BTEC and C&G Units, including:
- Unit 224 C&G L2 Electronic Circuits
- L3 Electrical Machines
- L3 Electronic Fault Finding
- L3 Electrical & Electronic Principles
- L3 Electrical Technology
- L3 Electrical Measurement & Testing
- L3 Electrical Circuit Design & Manufacture
- L3 Communications
- L3 Three Phase Systems
- L3 Three Phase Motors & Drives
- L3 Engineering Project
- Supporting T Level engineers with their coursework.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching Electrical and Electronics subjects at Level 2 and Level 3.
- Familiarity with BTEC and C&G curriculum.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
