Description

• Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and management
• Handle employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Participate in the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to interviewing candidates
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Manage HR records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date
• Support the HR Manager with various HR projects
• Comply with all legal and company regulations pertaining to HR

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:
