- First point of contact for clients, providing tailored HR advice on employee relations, policies, restructuring, and more.
- Drafting key HR documents such as contracts, handbooks, and policies.
- Supporting HR projects across areas like performance management, training, organisational change, and salary benchmarking.
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage workload and ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and its application.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in employee relations, including handling complex cases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
