  • First point of contact for clients, providing tailored HR advice on employee relations, policies, restructuring, and more.
  • Drafting key HR documents such as contracts, handbooks, and policies.
  • Supporting HR projects across areas like performance management, training, organisational change, and salary benchmarking.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to manage workload and ensure client satisfaction.
 Requirements:
  • Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
  • CIPD qualified
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and its application.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in employee relations, including handling complex cases.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
