Account Manager
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 + OTE (48,000 - 50,000)
My client based in Basingstoke is looking for an Account Manager to come on board and join their team. You will maintain and grow your existing customer numbers along with the monthly recurring profit associated to these customers through new product, upsell, cross-sell, referrals and recommendations. Ensure regular contact with your customers to become their trusted partner enabling you consistently hit your monthly target through identifying opportunities whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience which exceeds expectations. You will be working alongside a focused and driven team keen to enable your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management of c.400 customers.
To complete regular customer reviews with the aim to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationship and identify opportunities with the aim to hit monthly sales target.
Work alongside Provisioning & Support teams across the business to orchestrate the smoothest and best customer experience possible.
Project management of solution delivery and any escalations within your customer base.
Ensure escalations are raised within the business at the appropriate time to ensure the swiftest possible resolution.
To maintain accurate records on the CRM and utilise the required pipeline and quoting portals.
Hit monthly sales target for new MRGP and renewals focus.
Full product portfolio knowledge to enable full solution selling ability.
