Job description:
In this role, you would be involved in multiple customer projects each at a different stage of an implementation. As part of a team at first, your expertise will be leveraged to help design, configure, and implement solutions to meet unique customer requirements.
Whether you have lots of experience working on multiple client projects using Microsoft Power Apps or come from a Dynamics CRM Administrator background with a real drive to build a career with Dynamics 365, Power Apps and the broader Microsoft Power Platform, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
- Begin supporting existing implementations and over time move towards managing new projects e.g. lead the design, configuration, development and deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate, as part of a team, with all stakeholders in meetings to gather requirements and translate them into a system design supported with a functional specification.
- Carry out Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power App configuration and customisation e.g. build tables, column creation, workflows and processes, BPFs, and reporting via views, dashboards and report creation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our customer solutions.
- Stay update to date with the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365, Power Apps and the Power Platform.
- Understand what is and isnt possible with Dynamics 365 and Power Apps out of the box.
- Building new environments and proof of concepts to help articulate a design approach.
- Create clear and effective documentation across multiple channels
- Training end users and admins in the use of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps
Skills, experience and abilities required:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- At least 2 years Microsoft D365 CE or Power Apps configuration experience.
- Good understanding of Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working with stakeholders at all levels
- Confident when communicating ideas and approaches.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
