We are recruiting for a Helpdesk Agent to join this thriving team. We are looking for a number of positions due to growth and promotion. This is an extremely busy office with a huge client based being serviced, so please apply if you enjoy a fast paced environment.
You will be given full training and learn the intricacies of the product set, but a general interest in IT is required. You will be confident, be a trusted advisor at the end of the telephone and have empathy for the problems the client's are facing. You will have strong IT skills and enjoy interacting with clients problem solving. This is a team based environment working out of dedicated offices based on the outskirts of Basingstoke.
