The Mechanical fitter will assemble machined and bought in parts to construct Pneumatic regulators.

  •  Hydrostatic and function testing and certification of pressure regulators and control. valves to agree standards
  •  Assembly of machined components and pressure setting to complete configuration of pneumatic regulators.
  •  Final machining on manual/CNC lathes and lapping of assembled trim.
  •  Machining one off and complex components to customer specification used in the production of valves and regulators.

  •  Use of a wide range of measuring equipment to check components.
  •  Routine machine maintenance
  •  Experience of machining Various metals.

Minimum Qualifications,Training And Experience Required:
 

  • Ideally qualified HNC/HND or higher in mechanical engineering or machining.
  •   Not less than 2 years hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing workshop
  •   A comprehensive understanding materials handling including crane driving and slinging.
  • Competitive Salary.

  • Hours of work Monday to Thursday 7.00 am to 15:30 pm. Fridays 7.00 am to 12:30pm
