CK Group are recruiting for an Employee Relations Associate, to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry, at their site based in Basingstoke, on a contract basis for 3 months.


This is a hybrid role, and part-time, 15-20 hours per week.


Salary:

PAYE 26.53 per hour - 35.19 per hour.


Employee Relations Associate Role:
  • Conduct and manage HR investigations, plan, conduct, and document investigations.
  • Coach and counsel supervisors in areas such as: Team effectiveness and local organizational issues, employee development and retention.
  • Coach and counsel employees in areas such as: Workplace issues, meeting performance expectations, sickness absence.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on ER and investigations process and/or with business or HR partners.

Your Background:
  • CIPD accredited.
  • Human Resources, minimum of 3 years work experience related to Employee Relations.
  • Experience in managing employee relations issues and/or investigations into potential policy violations.
  • Ability to coach and influence people at all levels.
  • Ability to conduct crucial/difficult conversations.

Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. They focus on finding answers for some of the world's most urgent medical needs.


Location:

You will be required to attend site at least a Tuesday each week in Basingstoke.
