Our client, a commercial organisation based in Basingstoke is seeking to recruit a Reward Specialist on a permanent basis. This role is based in the office 4 days per week and 1 day from home. The salary is up to £52,000

The role is responsible for supporting the company in developing, managing, and administering a robust compensation and benefits policy that delivers against the needs.The position sits within the HR function and provides key data, analysis and recommendations on a multitude of areas such as ensuring employee packages are: in alignment with company policies and guidelines, competitive, equitable and reflect the relevant market conditions.Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for annual reward cycle processes annual pay review, annual bonus, LTIP etc.
  • Benefit provisions e.g. Private medical insurance, pension, long service awards, salary sacrifice schemes etc and grading methodology and matrix and group reporting Policies & procedures linked to compensation & benefits including Reward & Recognition schemes e.g
  • Maintaining & developing "A Great Place to Work" brand and develop initiatives to drive this
  • Analyse, review and recommend changes to compensation and benefits in the UK e.g. Leading the benchmarking, research, and analysis of compensation & benefit programs, identify trends and emerging legislation, ensure plans remain compliant, market competitive & fit for purpose.
  • Ensure administrative excellence of benefits operations.
  • Develop and deliver effective communication material/training documentation for new and existing programs
  • To be the system reporting expert within the team, ensuring that the HR Operations team and payroll are creating the necessary data reports for decision making requirements.

About you

  • Familiarity with a variety of reward concepts, practises and procedures
  • Experience of working with IT systems and Data Management
  • Enhanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals.
  • Excellent numeric skills.
