Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a reputable and well-established Bodyshop.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
Mixing paints to achieve the perfect color match and consistency
Applying paint using spray guns and ensuring an even, high-quality finish
Conducting final inspections to ensure the highest standards are met
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
A proactive approach to maintaining equipment and work areas
