  • Child arrangements and maintenance agreements.
  • Cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
  • Domestic violence matters, including emergency injunctions.
  • Representing clients in court where required.

The caseload often involves High Net Worth individuals and intricate matters, including business assets, shareholdings, and multi-faceted financial agreements. You will work closely with clients to provide tailored, empathetic solutions during what is often a challenging period in their lives.
