The Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor or Legal xecutive to manage a varied caseload of family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation, including complex financial settlements.
• Child arrangements and maintenance agreements.
• Cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
• Domestic violence matters, including emergency injunctions.
• Representing clients in court where required.

The caseload often involves High Net Worth individuals and intricate matters, including business assets, shareholdings, and multi-faceted financial agreements. You will work closely with clients to provide tailored, empathetic solutions during what is often a challenging period in their lives.

What You Bring:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' PQE in Family Law.
