Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor/Head of Department
This role would suit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge and a chance to lead a small team and help grow it. This is a Partner designate role.
My client is an established modern high street law firm in North Hampshire, and this is a rare opportunity for a Senior Lawyer aspiring to become a Partner and head up a commercial property team in this key placement.
Commercial property work will include dealing with new commercial leases, assignments, lease renewals and related Landlord & Tenant matters, development land including options and overage agreements, unincorporated business sales and purchases, and general business/property advice. You will also handle HNW residential property matters.
You will also need to have experience in supervising members of the team as well as business development in gaining new clients and growing your own caseload.
Hybrid working is available.
