Our client is looking for an experienced lawyer to become their Head of Property for their commercial property department. The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 5 years PQE and legal experience within solar/ battery/ EV/ renewable tech. They will oversee the clients commercial property department, managing a small team.

- Experienced in covering all property matters
- Experience with solar/ battery/ EV/ renewable tech
- Providing strategic oversight for all property-related matters
- Managing and mentoring a small team of legal professionals
- Overseeing property transactions and agreements
- Representing the company in property negotiations and disputes
Profile
A successful Head of Property should have:
- UK/IRE Qualified with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- Experienced in commercial property lawyer covering all property matters
- Experience to these sectors of law preferable, solar/ battery/ EV/ renewable tech
- Proven leadership skills
- Agility to manage a small team
Job Offer
- A salary of £70,000 per annum (DOE)
