The Role:

The firm is seeking a lawyer with 4+ years PQE to fill a mid-level position in their Wills and Estate Planning team. This is a key role within the department, which includes senior solicitors, directors, a trainee, and a paralegal. The firm is also open to applications from more senior candidates with relevant expertise.

  • Handling Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications, including deputyship matters.
  • Promoting the firm's services, maintaining membership in professional organizations (e.g., STEP, SFE), and supporting the firm's growth through cross-referrals.
