This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in quality inspection, ISO knowledge, and root cause analysis to tackle the exciting challenge of building a new quality department. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach are critical.
The company is advancing infrastructure for global communication in a sustainable way, working within the High-Tech and High-reliability sectors. It is a specialist in the design and supply of telecommunication systems, either providing turnkey solutions or complete product-build architecture.
The role involves ensuring the quality of our products from initial inspection through production. You'll conduct regular internal audits, applying lean methodologies to drive improvements in quality, cost, and performance. Your expertise in quality control, inspection, and process improvement will be essential in supporting both new and existing product lines. Utilising tools like APQP, 8D, FMEA, and PPAP, along with your understanding of ISO9001, you'll contribute directly to maintaining accreditation and exceeding customer expectations.

* Quality Engineer
* Deal with non-conforming products, create process procedures and flow diagrams
* Continuous improvement, root cause, recommendations and cost-effectiveness
