Description
The Paralegal- Commercial Contracts position based in Basingstoke will need to have the following responsibilities:
- Draft contracts from standard templates
- Track contracts throughout the lifecycle
- Prepare licence and software agreements
- Prepare confidentiality agreements and NDAs
- Prepare amendments to existing contracts
- Record data protection agreements
- Be the first point of contact for incoming queries to the legal team
- Assist with data protection tasks
Profile
The successful candidate for the Paralegal- Commercial Contracts position will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract management
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Job Offer
This is an interim position for an initial period of 3 months. There is likely to be the opportunity to extend.
Hybrid working- 2-3 days in the office in Basingstoke.
