Are you an Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer?

Have you worked in an FMCG manufacturing environment or similar?

Our client is looking for a reliable team player to join their team of Engineers on a full time permanent basis. Working 4 on 4 off, you will be carrying out a range of planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure downtime is minimised.

You will be:

Performing the effectivediagnosis, maintenance, and repairon a range of industrialelectronicandmechanical equipment.

Responsible for thedismantling, checking, and testing of components.

Attending breakdownsand keep machinery down-time to a minimum.

Working withCMMS systems, work orders and spares etc.

Maintaining tools and equipmentto a safe working condition.

Providing supportto Production being hands on on the shop floor is essential

We are looking for someone who is/has:

  • An experiencedMaintenance Engineer, qualified to City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
  • Electrically biased.
  • Experienced in working with a range of commercial and industrial machinery
  • A basic understanding of working with PLC controls (Siemens ideally)
  • PPM, breakdown, installation, and reactive maintenance experience.
  • A great, team orientated attitude.
  • Great communication skills,able to provide technical support internally to Production teams.
  • Goodwritten and verbal English.
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to commit to the 4 on 4 off shift pattern reliably
  • A full driving licence and own transport
