About the Role
To provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support service to meet business requirements. Working within a small call centre environment.
What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Dealing with inbound calls from clients, relatives and health professionals. Make out bound calls to colleagues, health professionals, clients and relatives as required.
- Assess customer requirements and use a range of electronic systems to provide accurate information and deal with enquiries within current data protection legislation.
- Make routine changes to internal systems in response to customer requirements and communicate within the team in a timely manner to maintain standards of service
- Communicate promptly using email.
- Establish a network of contacts from internal and external customers.
- Daily updating of excel spreadsheets with key stats.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous Administration Experience
- Effective communication skills
- Secondary education & normally five GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English (Grade A-C).
- Computer Literate
