Role Overview: As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our clients large housing project in Basingstoke. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising Construction: Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Materials Procurement: Assist with material procurement, managing costs effectively.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and prepare accurate reports.
  • Work Scheduling: Coordinate work schedules to meet project milestones.
