My client is a fast-growing newbuild, fitout, refurbishment contractor that covers a variety of sectors, including healthcare, retail and education.

They are looking for a Site Manager for one of their projects in Basingstoke

The project is a 15/20-week newbuild/refurbishment project of a nursery in Basingstoke.

You will be reporting into a visiting Projects Manager.

The Ideal Candidate
Client is looking for a Site Manager that has a strong background running newbuild & fitout projects, preferably within a fast-track environment.

You will be responsible for managing the programme, liaising with end-client where required and managing subcontractors.

Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid.
