Marketing Omnichannel Strategist

Pay rate: £29.16 and £39.57 per hour.

Location: Basingstoke – Hybrid working

Duration: 12 months

Reporting to: Omnichannel & Digital Engagement Leader

An omnichannel approach is essential to ensuring a consistent and personalized experience for our healthcare providers – creating a consistent experience across digital and physical channels. By integrating touchpoints like email, social media, websites, and in-person engagements, we can deliver targeted, compliant messaging that builds trust and enhances engagement. In this role, you will be pivotal in executing our omnichannel strategy, ensuring our brand effectively reaches and resonates with our audience.

The role of the Omnichannel Strategist is critical to the evolution of our marketing and customer engagement capabilities to drive exceptional customer experiences with brands in our key therapy areas. Our OCE Strategist will be responsible for leading the orchestration of omnichannel initiatives in a dedicated therapy area or geography. Through effective cross-functional partnership, this role has a unique opportunity to have a great impact on best-in-class customer experiences. The key goal of this role is to help transform our business and operations towards improved outcomes for HCPs and their patients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Omnichannel Strategy Campaign Planning & Execution: Actively partner with brand leaders, recommending overall campaign strategy; own overall strategic development, execution, and measurement (websites, third party activities, emails, etc…).

• Digital Channel Ownership: 

o Closely partner with OCE Digital Execution lead to ensure the successful development and deployment of campaign tactics 

o Investigate and propose new technologies to increase overall brand awareness an reach

o Drive content re-use across all channels

• Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and insights to measure the performance of campaign initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize tactics. Proactively offer insights and solutions to brand team and cross-functional partners.

• Campaign Measurement & Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including E&C, Code Reviewers, external stakeholders (website design agency, source of authorities (SOA)) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and clear process layouts.
