A global energy company based in Basingstoke are seeking a Senior HSE Engineer for a minimum of 12 months. You will play a pivotal role to act as the execution phase HSE focal point on behalf of the client to ensure full regulatory compliance of contractors during decommissioning and installation through to commissioning
Location - Basingstoke
Salary - Negotiable depending on experience
Education - BSc in environmental or safety discipline or equivalent is ESSENTIAL
Key responsibilities of this role include the following;
- HSE focal point for offshore decommissioning and installation execution
- Review of decommissioning and installation design documentation
- HSE reporting
- Ensuring compliance with all permit commitment and conditions
- Stakeholder engagement
- Contractor interface
- Safety case planning support to duty holder
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge;
Experience of working within an offshore demolition / construction project
- PLANC experience
- EPC
- Offshore execution project
- Site audits
- Stakeholder engagement
- Contractor management
- Safety case development
- CCS experience
- Environmental Appraisal
- Decommissioning Programme
- CDM
- BOSIET
