O&M Manager - Renewable Energy

Innotech Partners are working on behalf of our client, a leading provider of energy-efficient solutions, including LED Lighting, Solar PV, EV Charging, Heating, and Air Purification. As they expand their maintenance services, they are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee operations, drive service excellence, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and service delivery of Solar PV, LED Lighting, and EV Charging infrastructure, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, planners, project managers, and customer support teams to optimise service performance and resource allocation.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to health & safety standards, including risk assessments and RAMS.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvements in service delivery.
  • Oversee O&M documentation to support long-term service sustainability.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in service delivery or maintenance management within Solar PV, LED Lighting, EV Charging, or related industries.
  • Strong technical understanding of renewable energy systems and maintenance processes.
  • Experience leading maintenance teams and managing service schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in maintenance operations.
  • A problem-solving approach with the ability to manage service challenges effectively.
Desirable Qualifications:

? Certifications in Health & Safety (IOSH, NEBOSH) or Renewable Energy (MCS, City & Guilds Solar PV)? Recognised qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
