KM Recruitment is seeking a Refrigeration Tutor/Coach for a full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to £55,000, depending on skills and experience.
The role involves delivering training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump, and Air Conditioning, as well as conducting field visits for learning audits.
Candidates must possess a minimum of Level 2 Vocational Qualification in Refrigeration and relevant teaching or coaching qualifications.
A minimum of two years of occupational experience in refrigeration, heat pump, or air conditioning is required, along with experience in adult training.
Applicants should have excellent presentation and communication skills, a full clean UK driving license, and access to their own vehicle.

Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for L2 and L3 Diplomas in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning to Apprentices in a group/classroom setting.
Visit Apprentices out in the field to carry out learning audits and evaluations
Assist learners in preparing for F-Gas Assessment and EPA
Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations

Essential Criteria:

Hold one of the following teaching or coaching qualifications:
- Either a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET)
- OR Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, TAQA)
- OR relevant Coaching qualification
Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.
Hold a minimum of a Level 2 Vocational Qualification in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)
Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning.
Experience of delivering training to adults
Good level of I.T skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
