Role Overview:
As a Senior Engineer, Planning, you will be instrumental in all phases of the project lifecycle, primarily focusing on Pre-FID phases. Your expertise will guide the development of project schedules, monitor progress, and play a key role in scope management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and suggest improvements to project planning methods.
- Develop resource-loaded baseline schedules and S-curves to effectively monitor project progress.
- Create tailored planning procedures for specific projects as needed.
- Monitor manhour expenditures against budgets and advise on future manpower needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of project planning networks with relevant software systems.
- Assist in proposal preparation and client presentations as directed.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the energy sector.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
