Role Overview:
As a Senior Engineer, Planning, you will be instrumental in all phases of the project lifecycle, primarily focusing on Pre-FID phases. Your expertise will guide the development of project schedules, monitor progress, and play a key role in scope management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and suggest improvements to project planning methods.
  • Develop resource-loaded baseline schedules and S-curves to effectively monitor project progress.
  • Create tailored planning procedures for specific projects as needed.
  • Monitor manhour expenditures against budgets and advise on future manpower needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of project planning networks with relevant software systems.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and client presentations as directed.
