We are hiring for a German speaking Marketing Executive to join an international sports and leisure brad. You will be working on their German speaking business markets of Europe, ensuing the management and implementation of their marketing strategies with their business partners and distributors into these countries. Job responsibilities of the German speaking Marketing ExecutiveAs part of their global marketing team, your role as German speaking Marketing Executive will be to create and manage a successful marketing strategy with their business partners and retail distributors across the German speaking countries of Europe ( Germany, Switzerland, Austria) as well as other countries, mostly the Benelux (Belgium and the Netherlands). Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Management of marketing activity for Key Accounts in the DACH countries - Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and also Holland and Belgium, ensuring alignment with European commercial and strategic objectives
- Be able to develop and adapt the plan within budget
- Track and measure marketing activity within each key account to demonstrate ROI and quantify marketing activity.
- Provide support to field accounts in the Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Holland and Belgium regions and account manage selected accounts.
- Ensure all marketing activity is aligned to European commercial and strategic objectives
- Take ownership for visual merchandising POS in store, and how we perform at retail within the region
- Track and measure marketing activity across field accounts to demonstrate ROI and quantify marketing activity.
- Management of Trade Shows and events.
The successful candidate background
- Fluent German and English is essential
- Business degree (or equivalent) or marketing qualification
- Experience in a similar marketing role with a track record of demonstrable success
- Strong work prioritization, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly competent in written and verbal presentation.
- Experience of account management, and coordination and execution of projects
- Experience within a relevant retail or sales environment is an advantage
- An interest in sport and leisure and outdoor activities is an advantage but not essential
