They are now looking to add a HR Business Partner to their small HR team, to work with the management team to work strategically to develop and implement policies and initiatives.

The package is great too, with a salary of 45,000 a performance related bonus and the usual pension, healthcare, and life insurance.

You will be involved in all things HR which will include:

About you:
You will already be working within a generalist HR role; we would also love you to have:
- CIPD Level 5
- Exceptional business awareness
- A strategic approach
- An excellent communicator
- Confident analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills
