Are you an organised individual with a talent for coordination problem solving? We're looking for a Scheduler to join a brand-new team and support our surveyors as they travel across the country assessing works. This role offers the exciting opportunity for individuals to be part of this new department from the get-go.

This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for applicants that are able to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build close and meaningful relationships with team of surveyors in order to support
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for our surveyors, ensuring efficient use of their time and fuel consumption.
  • Use problem-solving skills to address conflicts and resolve issues
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and gather any necessary information
  • Maintain and update records to ensure accuracy of bookings and avoid duplications
  • Address scheduling conflicts and adjustments promptly
  • Collaborate with surveyors and internal teams to optimise routes and minimise travel time
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both surveyors and clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suit
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management
