Are you an organised and detail-oriented planning professional looking to play a key role in the future of sustainable transport? We are recruiting a Planning Administrator on behalf of a leading EV infrastructure provider, helping to drive the electrification of transport across the UK.

Their mission is to provide best-in-class, high-powered EV charging infrastructure while delivering outstanding customer service and innovation.
The Role:As a Planning Administrator, you will be a crucial part of the in-house Development Team, managing planning applications, appeals, and feasibility assessments to support the successful delivery of EV charging projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:? Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, ensuring compliance with UK planning regulations? Handle planning conditions, including discharge, variation, and removal? Assist in preparing BNG exemption statements and planning-related reports such as design & access and heritage statements? Liaise with local planning authorities and consultants to facilitate applications? Monitor application progress, providing updates and resolving potential delays? Conduct research into local development plans and policies to assess feasibility and risks? Stay up to date with planning policies related to EV charging infrastructure and sustainable transport
What We're Looking For:?? Experience in planning coordination, ideally within property or development?? Knowledge of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures?? Understanding of the General Permitted Development Order 2015 & Development Management Procedure Order 2015?? Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail?? Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
