Responsibilities:

  • Solve problems for customers by performing basic troubleshooting.
  • Drive software upgrades, configuration changes and other fixes to production systems.
  • Communicate with users and identify root cause of issues.
  • Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring that all questions are answered.
  • Adhere to a schedule or deadlines.
  • Build and test custom PC audio workstations.
  • Manage and prepare demo equipment.
  • Take care of customer support calls and emails
  • Manage and configure orders ready for shipping
  • Liaise with manufacturers to ensure that issues are reported and fixed
  • Assist the sales team in product demonstrations and trade shows highlighting the strengths and features of the products Emerging offers

About you:

  • A Degree in Audio Engineering or related field
  • Good technical understanding and passion for audio technology
  • Polite & confident manner, comfortable with talking with customers.
  • Good MAC & Microsoft Windows proficiency
