Lead Product Developer

Lynx Recruitment are partnered with a reputable organisation in the FMCG space to help them find a Lead Product Developer to work on existing and new products.

This individual will have experience working in the FMCG arena, and have experience developing, driving, and identifying ingredient innovation for the Europe market.

Requirements:

- FMCG experience, hot/cold drinks experience beneficial

- Establish, follow, and improve current best practice processes within product development

- Be a coach and provide support to drink technologists and ingredient technical matters

- Sourcing and selection of raw materials including specification and supplier management
