Our client are one of the best engine component manufacturers in the world, and are looking for a skilled Quality Inspector to lead their quality team to success. This is a full time, permanent oppotunity.Senior Quality Engineer Duties;- Inspection of precision parts using measurement equipment and CMMs to ensure accuracy- Carry out routine visual and dimensional inspection- Participation in regular audits to maintain standards and preserve AS9100 certification- Oversee the inspection team- Ensuring all documentation is complete, actuate and stored appropriately- Investigate any quality issues, work to resolve these and implement change to promote continuous improvement- Support the wider management team and production staffSenior Quality Engineer Requirements;- Advanced Apprenticeship or Higher Education Qualification in Engineering- Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in CNC machining environment- Experiance leading a team- Proficient in CMM programming- Quality control preferably AS9100- Considerable manual dexteritySenior Quality Engineer Role;- Permanent Full Time - 40 hours a week- Salary up to £38,000 per annum - depending on experiance- Monday to Thursday: - 07:30 - 16:30, Friday: - 07:30 - 14:00- Additional hours outside of the shifts may be required- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays- Employer pension contribution- On-site free parking- Employee Assistance ProgramIf you are interested in this role and feel like you have the relevant skillset, please apply below, or reach out to Lily at Pertemps Basingstoke.
