To support the Operations Manager by leading the rework department team (3 staff). Organise team members daily workloads, maintain team & individual targets. Produce bespoke product packs and customer specific tagging, bagging and labelling. Ensure stock is available in the correct variant for the Amazon picking team and support the picking operation by releasing team members when under capacity.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the rework team by organizing workloads and managing targets.
  • Ensure stock is reworked in good time to despatch to Company customers.
  • Provide the picking team with "Amazon ready" stock by running weekly demand reports.
  • Ensure that documented procedures are followed and company policies are adhered to.

Ideal Candidate

  • MS Office knowledge essential
  • Previous team-leader experience essential
  • Previous manufacturing experience helpful
