  • Job Type: Full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Coordinate and direct the Engineering Department’s extensive educational offerings.
  • Deliver inclusive, responsive, and innovative teaching, learning, and support to students.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including the tracking, monitoring, and recording of learners’ work, progress, and outcomes.
  • Lead the onboarding of new learners onto programmes in collaboration with local schools and employers.
  • Manage a small team, providing leadership and development support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong capability to deliver curriculum creatively with robust independent organisational skills.
  • Experience in the engineering field, with management experience being beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to engage with industry professionals and educational staff to enhance programme offerings.
  • Strong administrative and leadership skills to effectively manage team and student performance.
