Day-to-day of the role:- Coordinate and direct the Engineering Department’s extensive educational offerings.
- Deliver inclusive, responsive, and innovative teaching, learning, and support to students.
- Manage administrative responsibilities including the tracking, monitoring, and recording of learners’ work, progress, and outcomes.
- Lead the onboarding of new learners onto programmes in collaboration with local schools and employers.
- Manage a small team, providing leadership and development support.
- Strong capability to deliver curriculum creatively with robust independent organisational skills.
- Experience in the engineering field, with management experience being beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to engage with industry professionals and educational staff to enhance programme offerings.
- Strong administrative and leadership skills to effectively manage team and student performance.
