Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Project Administrator to join a dynamic team in Basingstoke and play a pivotal role in supporting senior management with the smooth delivery of projects across the organisation.

As the Project Administrator, you will be at the heart of the engineering department, coordinating work streams, maintaining compliance, and ensuring operational efficiency. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, liaise with customers, and keep everything running seamlessly will make you an invaluable part of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and updating progress reports, ensuring transparency across all projects.
  • Preparing quotes and handling customer correspondence via phone and email.
  • Monitoring stock levels within the department and reporting discrepancies.
  • Training staff on scheduling and reporting systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Creating and distributing customer certifications.
  • Assisting with the production of essential Health and Safety documents.
  • Ensuring all engineering equipment is maintained and calibrated.
  • Managing and maintaining records, including client and site details.
