Project Director

Reginald Gray is working with a well-established contractor to recruit a Project Director with a strong track record in delivering super prime residential projects valued between 10M and 30M. This is an opportunity to lead high-end projects for a business that has built a strong reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of luxury residential projects from inception to completion.

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth coordination.

• Oversee project budgets, risk management, and scheduling.

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with regulations.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, design teams, and key stakeholders.

• Provide clear leadership and decision-making on complex project challenges.

• Represent the company in negotiations and strategic planning discussions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering high-end residential projects (10M-30M).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.

• Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.

• Experience working closely with clients and professional teams.

• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
