Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Basingstoke

Site based - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am 5pm

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Benefit Package

On behalf of our client a global multi award winning audio-visual equipment supplier, we are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager.As one of the leaders in the industry we are able to offer an incredible amount of potential for growth and progression for the right candidate.

Job Purpose Summary:

The Senior Project Manager is an essential component of the overall lifecycle of projects completion from conceptualisation and sales through handoff and long-term support. The Senior Project Manager is a team member with substantial experience in project management, the manufacturing process, and LED Display Systems and components. The Project Manager may also be involved in the technical sales and sales engineering processes providing value to the company on multiple fronts.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of projects ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Develop client briefs, guiding clients through achievabilitys.

Attending site visits, producing risk assessments, floor plans, method statements, budgets, and technical specifications right through to managing the technical delivery of the projects

Management of third parties managing supplier delivery and management of crews onsite.

Responsible for managing complex projects consisting of numerous departments and subcontractor trades.

Conducting meetings and communicating with stakeholders

Manage project documentation and contracts

Delegating tasks and allocating resources

Optimising processes and ensuring quality standards

Reviewing, minimising, and assessing risk management

Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years in the Professional AV or LED Display industry in a technical, engineering, or project management capacity, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role

A deep understanding of different Project management styles such as Agile, Scrum, Strategic, Kanban, Lean and Six Sigma

Prior experience with Monday.com preferred but not required

Prior experience with Zoho preferred but not required

Knowledge of Project management frameworks and best practices

Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Natural problem-solving skills

PMP Certification desirable but not required

CTS Certification desirable but not required

Full UK Driving Licence
