As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in orchestrating the daily operations of a dynamic engineering department.

Your prime responsibilities will revolve around coordinating engineers and ensuring projects run smoothly, adhering to company policies and procedures. You'll also represent the operations department in client meetings, addressing concerns and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and deliveries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Schedule appointments for service calls and installations, monitoring each job through to completion and reporting.
  • Maintain and update the scheduling and reporting systems, assisting in the creation of documents.
  • Prepare service quotes for customers.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding upcoming jobs and outstanding work.
  • Oversee stock management to maintain adequate supplies and equipment for ongoing projects.
  • Track and report on overtime and out-of-hours work for the engineering team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the company fleet.
  • Generate reports for senior management and customers.
  • Produce and send customer certifications and documentation.
