International services business require a Procurement Manager - Indirects. Applicants need full lifecycle procurement skills, experience in stakeholder management, and expertise in driving change and the adoption of new procurement processes and systems.
The Procurement Manager - Indirects will be responsible for procurement activities across a number of indirect category spend areas (Capex, FM , Fleet, IT/Telecoms, MRO, Office Equipment, PPE, Stationary, Utilities etc) from sourcing to supplier and contract management. Stakeholder partnering, creation of new procurement processes/procedures and driving compliance to new and existing group procurement practices are also important elements of the role.

Specific duties of the Procurement Manager -Indirects include:
- Sourcing, negotiating and managing agreements for the provision of indirect services across a number of UK locations
- Develop and implement new procurement; PSLs, processes, policies, tools, user guides etc.
- Promote Group preferred suppliers to site-based teams and encourage closer collaboration with critical suppliers
- Partner with stakeholders and encourage adherence and drive compliance to new and existing procurement procedures
- Post-signature procurement, supplier relationship management and contract management
- Contribute to group procurement objectives, savings and process improvement activities
Procurement Manager - Indirects applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Strategic procurement skills - sourcing, negotiations, contract and supplier management expertise
- Experience of procurement across indirect spend areas - Capex, FM, Fleet, IT, MRO, PPE, Utilities etc.
- Expertise in supply market intelligence, supplier selection and supplier de-selection activities
- Appetite for change/continuous improvement and the ability to design/implement procurement processes
- The ability to engage, influence and manage and win buy-in from stakeholders
- Out-going relationship builder
