The Role:
As a Purchase Ledger Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and develop your finance career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparing and processing payment runs.
- Assisting with month-end tasks, including reconciliations.
- Supporting process improvements within the team.
About You:
- Experience in purchase ledger/accounts payable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
- Good excel skills is an advantage.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Location:
Based in Basingstoke, with hybrid working options. Parking on site.
