Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor in Basingstoke. The business specialises in the super prime residential and heritage sectors with projects ranging in value up to 15mil.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

This opportunity is to work with a business that have been established for over 20 years and have carved a niche market working with exclusive clients in the super prime residential sector. You will be required to mange your own project from pre-construction through to final account and will report into the Managing Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

Managing the project commercially from the early procurement stage through to final account
Take a client facing role, reporting costs to client representatives
Report into Commercial Manager
Administer Traditional JCT contracts

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

HNC / Degree qualified
Be contractually astute
Experience managing projects administered by JCT forms of contract
