We have a role working for an incredible Company in Basingstoke, beautiful offices and a busy, vibrant office environment with long standing staff. We need someone to be the face of this Company, welcoming all visitors and ensuring they are signed in, passes issued and a member of the team aware of their arrival. As well as answering calls, booking rooms and other general administration.

A good team player who is happy speaking with people, organised and ideally a little bit flexible with hours to accommodate holidays too would be an advantage.

The hours are Monday to Friday 12.30 - 5.00 and initially is temporary on an on-going basis.
