Receptionist/Administrator - Commercial Office Space £24,000 + bonus BasingstokeAn exciting opportunity for a well presented, outgoing and proactive candidate to join an established Property firm at their Basingstoke site.You will be the first point of contact on site for all client enquiries, delivering an exceptional level of service at all times.You will also provide efficient administrative support to the Centre Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the site.The Role:
  • Welcome all visitors to the center, offering refreshments to guests and conducting tours
  • Maintain stationary and kitchen supplies
  • Oversee management of meeting room bookings
  • Building rapport and fact finding with customers
  • Manage the inbox and promptly handle enquiries and problems
  • Maintain a log of visitors
  • Work closely with customer to ensure smooth onboarding/moving in
  • Coordinate and organise customer engagement activities
  • Promote and encourage site networking and event participation
  • Conduct viewings and sales
  • Deputise for the Centre Manager with all aspects of center management
  • Maintain availability lists, pricing and newsletters
  • Daily review of maintenance and cleaning levels
Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front of house/administrative role within the Property industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Good knowledge of IT software including MS office
