Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
- Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain health and safety, removing risk slips and trips
- Ensure all visitors are checked into the building accordingly
- Assist with general administration tasks, including data entry
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Requirements as a Receptionist:
- Previous reception and front of house experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organised and detail - orientated
The Role:
- 12.50 per hour
- Full time hours - Monday to Thursday 0900 - 17.30 and 0900 - 17.00 on Fridays
- Part time hours are also available Monday to Thursday 1pm - 17.30 and 1pm - 17.00 on Fridays
