Parker Jones Group is currently supporting a National Maintenance Contractor currently seeking an RLO for their Social Housing contract around the Basingstoke/Reading areas.
This will be on a temporary basis for around 3 months with an IMMEDIATE START. This will then progress into a permanent position.
- Company Van provided (or a monthly car allowance of 350)
- Fuel card provided
Summary:
You will be the main point of contact for their Kitchen and Bathroom Upgradecontract. As an RLO, you will be the main point of contact for all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be the point of contact when the client or tenant requires job updates.
- Own all complaints and ensure that these are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner
- For longer planned works, keep the tenant updated with progress and be there if there are any issues that arise.
- Work with the Contract Manager to make sure that the client is informed of any issues and that should they send an enquiry, that we have dealt with it.
- Support the helpdesk with emails that come in from sub-contractors and client on a daily basis
- Visit tenants when required.
Required:
- Previous experience in an RLO position
- Must have Full UK Driving License
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and the tasks/activities
- Good geographical understanding of the Basingstoke/Reading area
- Experienced in MS Office including Word and Excel
